Choose a point you can see within range. Supernatural darkness fills a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point.

Nonmagical light cannot illuminate the area.

You can see normally through the darkness. When you activate the technique, choose a number of creatures up to your Wisdom modifier. Those creatures can also see normally through the darkness.

A creature completely inside the area has total cover from a creature that cannot see through the darkness.

The darkness spreads around corners but does not pass through solid barriers.

A magical light effect created by a spell or technique of Rank III or higher suppresses the overlapping portion of the Eclipse Field.
