Clockwork Soul starts by changing the normal Sorcerer play pattern through Clockwork Magic; Restore Balance, giving the subclass its first clear mechanical identity.
Later features such as Bastion of Law, Trance of Order, Clockwork Cavalcade expand that identity at higher levels, so the subclass has a clearer role in combat, exploration, utility, or support.
