Artificer subclass
Alchemist
Potions, restorative magic, and experimental elixirs.
Alchemist starts by changing the normal Artificer play pattern through Tool Proficiency; Alchemist Spells; Experimental Elixir, giving the subclass its first clear mechanical identity.
Later features such as Alchemical Savant, Restorative Reagents, Chemical Mastery expand that identity at higher levels, so the subclass has a clearer role in combat, exploration, utility, or support.
