Dexterity is the clear first priority for most Treasure Hunters.

Dexterity

Dexterity supports:

  • finesse and ranged attacks;
  • Sneak Attack weapon use;
  • Armor Class in light armor;
  • initiative;
  • Stealth;
  • Sleight of Hand;
  • Acrobatics.

Burglar especially rewards high Dexterity.

Intelligence

Intelligence is one of the calling's saving throw proficiencies.

It supports Investigation, Old Lore, and the Spy's Cunning Eye and Weak Spot mechanics.

A Spy may therefore treat Intelligence as a major secondary score.

Wisdom

Wisdom improves Perception and Insight.

These are useful for any explorer and especially relevant to Spy observation.

Constitution

Constitution improves hit points on the d8 chassis.

A melee Treasure Hunter benefits from additional durability.

Multiclassing

The multiple-calling requirement is:

Dexterity 13

Practical priority

Burglar:

Dexterity → Constitution / Wisdom → Intelligence according to skills → remaining abilities

Spy:

Dexterity → Intelligence → Wisdom / Constitution → remaining abilities
